Mathieu ORAZIO has a diverse work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Mathieu started their career as Vice-president at TSM Consulting, where they played a key role in restructuring and developing the organization. Mathieu then worked at Withings as an Internal Communication and Recruitment Specialist, heavily involved in the acquisition process by Nokia Health. At L'Oréal, Mathieu served as an HR Project Manager, leading global projects such as redesigning social audit campaigns and developing a Diversity Toolbox. Mathieu later became an HR Generalist at L'Oréal, supporting the IT HR director for the EMEA region. At Ubisoft, Mathieu strengthened the role of HR Business Partner for IT teams in Western Europe, focusing on building sustainable processes to support the company's growth ambition. Currently, they hold the position of Chief of Staff to the CPO & Employee Experience Lead at IDEMIA.
