Mathieu Orazio

Mathieu ORAZIO has a diverse work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Mathieu started their career as Vice-president at TSM Consulting, where they played a key role in restructuring and developing the organization. Mathieu then worked at Withings as an Internal Communication and Recruitment Specialist, heavily involved in the acquisition process by Nokia Health. At L'Oréal, Mathieu served as an HR Project Manager, leading global projects such as redesigning social audit campaigns and developing a Diversity Toolbox. Mathieu later became an HR Generalist at L'Oréal, supporting the IT HR director for the EMEA region. At Ubisoft, Mathieu strengthened the role of HR Business Partner for IT teams in Western Europe, focusing on building sustainable processes to support the company's growth ambition. Currently, they hold the position of Chief of Staff to the CPO & Employee Experience Lead at IDEMIA.

Mathieu Orazio completed their education as follows:

- From 2017 to 2018, they obtained a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management from CIFFOP.

- From 2015 to 2016, they earned a Master 1 degree in Management des Ressources Humaines from Toulouse School of Management.

- In 2014 to 2015, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Engineering Business and Management from Coventry University.
