Matthieu Waquet

Matthieu Waquet's work experience includes serving as the Vice President Human Resources Europe at IDEMIA since 2021, where they manage and reorganizes HR in Europe. Prior to that, they worked at Plastic Omnium as the Western Europe EHS Director from 2018 to 2020, and as the French Plant HR Director and Industrial Relations Director from 2009 to 2018. Matthieu also served as the HR Director at William Saurin from 2007 to 2009, the Interior Parts Activity HR Director at MECAPLAST from 2006 to 2007, the Lapeyre Group Industrial Relations Manager at Saint-Gobain from 2001 to 2006, the HR manager at BHV from 1998 to 2001, and the HR manager at Meridien Hotel - Saint Martin from 1995 to 1998.

Matthieu Waquet completed their Master 2 (M2) degree in Human Resources from Sciences Po in 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Labour law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 1992.
