Michelle Thompson

Michelle Thompson has over 14 years of work experience in project management roles. Michelle began their career at Arca Network in 2007, where they worked as a Project Manager in the Project Management Office until 2010. Michelle then joined Oberthur Technologies (now IDEMIA), where they served as a Quality & Process Manager for eight years. In 2018, they transitioned to IDEMIA and took on the role of Head of Project Management Office. In 2020, they were promoted to Head of Management & Transformation Office. Currently, they hold the position of Head of SET Project Management Office at IDEMIA.

Michelle Thompson has a Master's Degree in International Trade from EHEI and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from IFAM Business School. Michelle also has obtained certifications in ISO 9001:2015 auditing and ITIL V3 Foundation.
