Raul Lopez Jr.

Raul Lopez Jr. has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1995 as an HR Generalist at Allied Signal Aftermarket, Europe. Raul then worked as the Director of HR at Dunkin Brands Inc from 2000 to 2006. In 2007, they became the Global HR Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Raul held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Amadeus, where they were responsible for HR strategy and facilities in North America. Raul then joined Best Doctors as the Human Resources Director in 2015 before moving to IDEMIA as the Vice President of HR for the Americas from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Vice President of HR for Global Operations at IDEMIA. Currently, Raul is the Vice President of HR for the LATAM Region and Global Talent Acquisition at IDEMIA.

Raul Lopez Jr. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in French Language and Literature from Oberlin College between 1987 and 1991. Raul continued their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Saint Xavier University between 1994 and 1995. Prior to their higher education, Raul attended Thomas Jefferson High School from 1983 to 1987. In addition, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Allied Signal in 1995.
