Tim Ferris has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Tim started their career at Berwin Leighton Paisner, where they worked as a Consultant and played a key role in developing profitable extranet offerings. Tim then moved to Integrated Workflow, where they founded and directed a UK-based software company focused on providing workflow solutions. After successfully selling off the company, they joined HP as a Senior Consultant, focusing on aligning technology solutions with business needs and developing an identity management framework. Tim then joined Logica (CGI) as National Manager, responsible for consulting and technology services delivery. Following that, they joined Safran as General Manager of Sales and Marketing, and later became the Managing Director, leading the business in Australia and New Zealand and tripling profitability. Currently, Tim is working at IDEMIA, starting as Senior Vice President of the Asia Pacific region and later becoming the President of Asia Pacific. Tim is now the Chief Commercial Officer, leading the global go-to-market commercial strategy and approach for the company.
Tim Ferris attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2013, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study there. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1999, they studied at the University of Canterbury, where they obtained a BSc in Chemistry and a Masters of Engineering in Management.
