Stacy Bowles

Stacy Bowles has a long and varied work experience. In 2000, they began their professional journey at Oakley, an international sunglasses, apparel, and accessories manufacturer, where they worked as a Marketing Information Manager and Software Developer. Stacy planned, developed, and managed marketing, advertising, and public relations campaigns, conducted market research, and tracked budgets and ROI for different marketing campaigns. In 2003, they moved to Ireland to work for the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children as a Counselor and Trauma Therapist. Stacy coordinated and supervised recreational and learning activities for children from troubled homes. In 2005, they began working for the Hollywood YMCA as a Marriage and Family Therapist, providing guidance and support to families in crisis. In 2007, they became a Project Manager and Business Consultant for California Diagnostic Imaging Center, leading a $1M capital improvement project that doubled the center's revenue. In 2011, they worked as a Medical Director and Office Manager for Pacific Coastal Radiology, setting business goals, objectives, and budgets. In 2019, they joined Identified Talent Solutions as an Account Director, building partnerships across the legal industry. Finally, in 2020, they founded Grape Recruiting, an executive search, direct placement, and contract staffing agency. Stacy leveraged their leadership, communication, technology, and interpersonal skills to attract top-tier talent, strategically sourcing highly technical roles within Biotech to fill positions on an abridged timeline.

Stacy Bowles obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from Baylor University between 1995 and 1999. In 2004, they obtained a Disaster & First Aid certification from the American Red Cross. In 2001, they obtained a Scuba Diving Cert from PADI. In 2006, they obtained a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate certification from the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS. Stacy also obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in 1999. Finally, they obtained a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Alliant International University-Irvine between 2003 and 2006.
