Lauren South

As Identity Automation’s Director of Human Resources, Lauren South oversees the creation and execution of people-related programs focused on compensation, performance, and talent development with the goal of developing an enriched organizational culture that strives to foster change and growth. Prior to joining Identity Automation, Lauren served as the Director of Operations at CLS Partners in Austin, Texas, where she drove the development of Human Resource strategies across the company, pioneering and implementing programs to improve and standardize all aspects of operations. Lauren earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Texas State University.
