Shanna Taylor has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Shanna currently holds the position of Director of People Operations & TA at Identity Digital Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of People Strategy & Operations and Sr. Director Talent Acquisition & HRIS at MOD Pizza. Shanna also worked as a Recruiting Operations Manager at REI and was responsible for contributing to the organization's mission and helping people connect with the outdoors. Additionally, Shanna has experience as a Manager of Recruitment Support at Providence Health & Services, HR & IT Manager at the University of Washington School of Medicine, Department of Radiology, HR Project Manager at Shift Strategic, Human Resources Generalist at Coldwell Banker Bain Associates, and Human Resources Generalist at Overlake Hospital.
