Lee Brantley

Lee Brantley is the Chief People Officer for Identity Group and is responsible for all HR policies and procedures, including internal communications, maintaining a positive workplace culture, recruitment, talent management, risk mitigation, and employee development/benefits.

From 2010 to June 2019, Lee has held a variety of positions within Identity Group. He started his career here as the Director of HR and was promoted to Executive VP of HR and then Chief Human Resources officer before settling into his current role in June of 2019.

Lee has worked in the Human Resources field for over 30 years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technical College.
