Barney Flint

Barney Flint has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. barney is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Identiv since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Manager at Sensys Gatso Group AB from February 2019 to October 2022. Barney also held various roles at Trimble, including Engineering Manager in the CEC Division from August 2016 to January 2018, and Engineering Manager in Quantm/TPS from October 2007 to January 2017. Before Trimble, they worked as a Senior Dev in Groupshield at McAfee from September 2003 to October 2004. Barney also served as the Technical Director at DespatchBox from January 2000 to September 2003, and as a Development Manager at McAfee from August 1998 to December 1999. Prior to that, they worked as the Netware Team Lead at DR SOLOMON'S SOFTWARE LIMITED from June 1995 to August 1998. Barney began their career at NEC Group, where they held roles in Systems Development from June 1994 to June 1995, and in MIS from July 1990 to June 1994. barney started their professional journey as an Assistant to Project Manager at Tickford in 1988.

Barney Flint attended Bedford School from 1979 to 1986, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Afterwards, from 1986 to 1988, they attended UCNW Bangor and obtained a BSc in Banking, Insurance & Finance.
