Natia Gvazava

Natia Gvazava has extensive work experience in the legal field. Natia currently works as Chief Legal Counsel for Infinity VC, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Lawyer for Solvo Partners LLC from 2021, Chief Legal Officer for Identomat from 2020, and CLO for Raizomat from 2020. Natia was also Head of Legal Department at the National Bank of Georgia from 2009 to 2020, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance of the Bank's activities with existing legislation, providing legal expertise on drafts of legal acts, regulations, contracts, and correspondence, and leading the legal team. From 2007 to 2009, Natia was Head of International Relations Main Division and Adviser to the First Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. Additionally, they were Head of Legal Unit at the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia from 2007 to 2009, where they were responsible for providing legal expertise on drafts of legal acts, regulations, contracts, and correspondence, and leading the legal team. Natia began their career in 2003 as a Communication Assistant for the International Committee of the Red Cross.

Natia Gvazava received their Bachelor of Science in International Law from Ivane Javahišvilis Sakhelobis Tbilisis Sakhelmtsipo Universiteti between 1998 and 2003. Natia then went on to pursue a LLM in International Criminal Law and Armed Conflicts at the University of Nottingham, which they completed in 2007.
