Agnes Ogallo

Agnes Ogallo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and business development, currently serving as a Senior Business Designer at IDEO.org since May 2021. Prior roles include positions as Senior Designer and Human-Centred Design Fellow at Nairobi Design Institute, where Agnes engaged in impactful projects addressing waste management and health issues in Africa. Previous experience includes serving as a Business Development Analyst and Technical Writer at Fintech Kenya Limited, where Agnes helped establish a new department and participated in product demonstrations. Additional roles include sales and marketing at Suav by Hand, social media specialization at Virtual Human Resources Services Ltd, and technical internships. Agnes holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems from the University of the Western Cape and previously studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cape Town.
