Kristin Boer

Kristin Boer is a seasoned design and business professional with extensive experience in strategy and product marketing. At IDEO, Kristin serves as Design Director, focusing on strategy and business initiatives, and previously held the position of Senior Business Design Lead. Kristin's career includes key roles at Steelcase, such as Category Manager and Senior Manager in Product Marketing, along with experience as Manager of Product Applications. Earlier in the career, Kristin contributed as a Summer Associate at Bridgeable and held various positions at Amway, including Business Innovations Specialist, Associate, and Intern. Academically, Kristin holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a BBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
