Hal Avidano

Libert is a senior vice president for TA Associates and helps lead TA’s investments in software companies in North America. He has been a technology private equity investor since 2011 and has supported 10 platform investments and 70 acquisitions for TA portfolio companies, totaling $11 billion of enterprise value. Libert has supported the global growth of these companies, having completed acquisitions and office expansions in fourteen countries across four continents.

Libert currently serves as a board member or observer for Idera, MRI Software, Aptean, HelpSystems, insightsoftware, Nintex, and PDI. Previously, Libert held positions at Bain & Company.
