Kelly A. Sylte

Kelly A. Sylte, Ph.D., has extensive experience in online education and program development, serving as an adjunct remote/online instructor at various universities since October 2016. In addition to teaching, Kelly has worked with iDesign since March 2018 as a Staffing Coordinator, Quality Reviewer, Copy Editor, and Subject Matter Expert, supporting universities in enhancing their online courses. As an Education Consultant for Quality Matters since July 2017, Kelly contributes to maintaining high standards in online learning environments. Previous roles include Program Specialist and Full-Time Instructor at Bellevue University, where advanced teaching methods and student mentoring were emphasized. With a Ph.D. in Business Administration and a strong background in nonprofit consulting and administrative roles, Kelly has cultivated a diverse skill set focused on education, leadership, and organizational development.
