Whitney Kilgore is the Co-founder and CAO at iDesignEDU. Whitney has dedicated their career to education, with a focus on academic technology services and online education. Whitney has worked with renowned organizations such as Quality Matters and the Sloan Consortium to develop best practices in online education. Throughout their career, they have held various positions including Classroom Teacher, Instructional Technology Specialist, and Director of Academic Technology Services. In their current role, they are responsible for the overall operation and management of iDesignEDU.

Whitney Kilgore has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas, a Post Graduate Certificate in Educational Technology Leadership from The George Washington University, and a Master of Science in Curriculum & Instruction from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Whitney also has a Bachelor of Science in Education and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Whitney is certified as an ASU+GSV Summit 2022 Attendee, a Thought Leader by EDUCAUSE, a SUNY Online Summit by The State University of New York, an EDUCAUSE Review Author 2020, and a Thought Leader 2017 by EDUCAUSE.

Andrea Haase - Student Success Coach, Robert Barnes - Director of Faculty Experience Services, and Debbie Austin - Director of Learner Experience Operations report to Whitney Kilgore. Their manager is Paxton Riter, Co-Founder & CEO. Whitney Kilgore works with Mary Helen Culberston - VP of People & Culture, Albertina Clayton - Director of Technology & Innovation, and Sadie Quinn - Employer Partnership Director.
