Mikael Ali

Mikael Ali has had several years of work experience in various companies. Mikael started their career at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S as an IT Advisor Nordics, providing excellent customer service and resolving client issues. In 2016, they joined General Motors as a Client Service Advisor Nordics, where they presented a professional and friendly first impression to visitors and clients, managed phone calls and mail, and assisted customers with routing information. In 2017, Mikael joined Genpact as a Senior Process Executive, where they played a key role in opening a new office in Riga, Latvia, and performed tasks such as diary management, typing correspondence, creating presentations, and meeting with external customers. In 2018, they joined both Aurora and Richmond Group as a Business Researcher and a key member of a Danish startup, respectively.
