Max Ludden

Max Ludden began their work experience in 2010 at Apple, where they held multiple roles over the years. Max started as a Specialist, assisting customers with their needs and guiding them through their purchases. Max also took on the role of Visual Lead, responsible for training the Visual Merchandising Team and ensuring visual standards were met. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Specialist, using their technical and communication skills to resolve technical issues and build customer loyalty. Their tenure at Apple ended in 2018. In 2019, Max joined IDEX Biometrics as an IC/PCB Layout Designer, where they currently hold the position.
