Tom Shaw is currently serving as the Business Director for In-house Legal Recruitment at IDEX Consulting Ltd, where Tom recruits for legal roles in Commerce & Industry. Prior to this role, Tom was the Associate Director for In-house at BCL Legal and worked as a Client Manager at Pinnacle Sports and Entertainment Limited. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UCL and attended The Manchester Grammar School.
