Nandini Kamat

Nandini Kamat has extensive experience in human resources and business partnering, serving as Sr. Director - Specialist HR & Business Partner for IDEX INDIA from July 2013 to September 2022, where responsibilities included designing and implementing scalable HR and talent strategies. Previously, Nandini held the position of Human Resources Director for India & Middle East and served as Human Resources Manager at Martin Engineering, focusing on people management and employee engagement. Nandini began her career as a Human Resources Executive at GKB Opthalmics Limited and progressed to Deputy Manager HR at Nicomet Industries Limited, managing recruitment, training, and organizational development initiatives. Nandini holds an Executive HR Leadership programme from SP Jain Global School of Management and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Advance Management Research & Training.
