Chiragi Pathak Thakor

Chiragi Pathak Thakor has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Starting in 2006, Chiragi worked as a Technical Recruiting Specialist at Collabera Inc. In 2007, they joined Lear Corporation as an HR Executive. Following that, they worked as a Senior HR Executive at Netafim in 2008. In 2010, Chiragi joined Accord as a Manager of HR, where they stayed until 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an HR Advisor at Lucy Electric. In 2015, Chiragi joined IDEX Corporation in the position of Plant Manager of Human Resources, which they held until 2017. Chiragi Pathak then progressed to become the Director of Asia Business Human Resources at IDEX Corporation in 2019. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Director for Asia Pacific Business & Talent Development in India & the Middle East at IDEX Corporation.

Chiragi Pathak Thakor has a diverse education history. They earned an Associate's Degree in PGIRPM from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2008. Prior to that, in 2006, Chiragi obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Gujarat University. In 2001, they completed their BCA from Gujarat University. Chiragi also holds a SSC/HSC degree from VIDHYA VIHAR SCHOOL. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Trainer for DDI modules from Development Dimensions International (DDI) achieved in 2017. Currently, Chiragi is pursuing a degree in EPSHRM at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, starting in 2022.
