Cynthia Wells

Cynthia Wells has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Cynthia is currently working at IDEX Corporation, starting in 2022. Cynthia holds the role of Vice President, Human Resources and is also the Group Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to this, Cynthia worked at DESTACO, a Dover Company, from 2016 to 2022. There, they served as the Vice President, Global Human Resources, taking charge of a global team of 15 HR leaders and contributing to the company's global platform across 10 countries. Before that, Cynthia worked at Waukesha Bearings Corporation as the Vice President of Global Human Resources in 2015 and held a position at Dover Corporation as the Director of Organizational Development from 2013 to 2015. Cynthia began their career at GE Capital in 2006 as the Sr. Human Resources Manager, responsible for various HR functions across multiple locations and departments. Cynthia also worked at GE as an HR Manager from 2003 to 2006 and completed an internship with GE Corporate as part of the Human Resources Leadership Program in 2002.

Cynthia Wells has a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Industrial Relations from the Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, which they completed from 2001 to 2002. Cynthia also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University. In addition, Cynthia has obtained certifications such as the DDI Targeted Selection Trainer from Development Dimensions International in 2013 and the Human Resources Leadership Program from GE in 2005.
