Jay Vyas

Jay Vyas has a strong background in business process improvement and operations management. From 2012 to 2022, they held various roles at IDEX Corporation and IDEX INDIA. In their most recent role as Senior Director of Business Process Improvement- ASIA at IDEX Corporation, Jay played a pivotal role in driving transformations and improving business performance. Prior to that, as Director of Operations at IDEX INDIA, they led a team and managed various operations related to fluid and metering technology. Jay also served as a Global Continues Improvement Leader, where they implemented Lean Manufacturing and assisted in strategic initiatives. Additionally, they worked as a Sr Value Stream Manager, overseeing manufacturing operations and process planning. Overall, Jay has expertise in cost reduction, data-driven improvements, strategic manufacturing, and operations management.

Jay Vyas has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from CHARUSAT, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Operation Excellence and Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. In 2022, they completed the Leadership Fundamentals program at Harvard Business School Online. Currently, they are enrolled in the Chief Operations Officer Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, studying Business Operations and Strategy, which they are expected to finish in 2023.
