Stefano Arrigoni

Stefano Arrigoni has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the chemical and manufacturing industry. Stefano is currently the Head of Research and Development at IDEX Corporation's Sealing Solutions division, a position they have held since September 2017. Before joining IDEX, Stefano worked at Solvay for 15 years, where they held multiple positions, including Technical Marketing and Product Manager for Tecnoflon® Perfluoroelastomers, Technical Marketing Manager for Tecnoflon® Perfluoroelastomers, and Technical Service & Market Development Engineer for Tecnoflon® Fluoro and Perfluoroelastomers. Prior to Solvay, Stefano worked at Ausimont S.p.A. as an R&D Technologist for fluoro and perfluoroelastomers, as well as an R&D Technologist for amorphous fluoropolymers. Stefano also had a brief role as a Process Engineer at Tecnimont. Stefano's career began at Pirelli Sapsa Bedding S.p.A., where they worked as an R&D Technologist.

Stefano Arrigoni has a Laurea Magistrale LM in Ingegneria chimica from Politecnico di Milano, which they obtained from 1990 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico Statale "Alessandro Antonelli" from 1986 to 1990, where they received their High School Diploma.
