Alan Marblestone

Alan Marblestone is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer technical support and care, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Technical Support at IDEXX since August 2025. Prior to this role, Marblestone held positions at First Advantage, where responsibilities included Vice President of Global Customer Care and Senior Director of Global Customer Care. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Wayfair, FirstLight Fiber, and various military positions, culminating as Commanding Officer at Maritime Civil Affairs Squadron ONE. Marblestone has a robust educational background, holding a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, an MBA from Salve Regina University, and further studies at the United States Naval War College.
