Caleb Richter

Caleb Richter currently serves as the Global Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at IDEXX, beginning in August 2024. Prior to this role, Caleb was the Director of Development and Marketing at the Humane Society of Sheboygan County, where strategic marketing plans were developed based on organizational goals and social media platforms were managed. Experience at Kohler Co. included roles as Sr. Project Support Specialist in Stewardship and as an Administrative Assistant, where significant contributions involved liaising with nonprofit organizations and supporting the Director of Sustainability. Earlier work experience includes roles in customer service at the food industry and as a Sales Associate at The Wool and Cotton Company. Caleb Richter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marquette University, earned in May 2017.
