Gina Toman Hyson

Gina Toman Hyson has extensive experience in the veterinary and animal health industry, currently serving as the Director of Digital Customer Experience, Practice Workflow and Efficiency at IDEXX since March 2010. Previous roles at IDEXX include Associate Director of Voice of Customer and Product Insights, Sr. Veterinary Practice Consultant, IM Education and Strategy Manager, and ICS Cornerstone Education Manager. Prior to IDEXX, Toman Hyson was the Practice Manager at Seaside Animal Care from December 2001 to March 2010. Educational credentials include a Sloan Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an Associate of Science in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology from Cedar Valley College, a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from Coastal Carolina University, and a Master's degree in Biology from Florida International University.
