Irene Chang Britt

Irene Chang Britt currently serves as an Independent Board Director at IDEXX, First Watch Restaurants, Just Boardrooms, Victoria's Secret, MikMak, and Brighthouse Financial, where Irene was also the Chair of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee until August 2023. Additionally, Irene holds the position of Lead Director at Partake and Chair of the Board of Directors at Amica Senior Lifestyles, alongside serving as an Advisory Board Member at Peloton Capital Management and a Founding Member of Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB). Irene earned an MBA in Business from Ivey Business School at Western University between 1984 and 1986.
