Laura Gormley

Laura Gormley is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Strategic Business Partner for Global Commercial Learning & Marketing and Medical Teams at IDEXX since September 2018. Previously, Laura held multiple HR Business Partner roles at IDEXX, supporting various commercial and international teams, and was instrumental in talent management for over 300 to 400 employees across multiple regions. Prior experiences include roles at Nestlé Waters North America as HR Manager and Eaton Corporation, where Laura led initiatives in organizational development. Laura earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Appalachian State University.
