Matt Sitler

Matt Sitler currently serves as Associate Director of Sales Operations for the Americas at IDEXX since April 2023. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Paychex over a 20-year tenure, culminating in positions such as Senior Manager of Sales Operations, where oversight included sales operations, incentive compensation, and business intelligence. Leadership roles also included Senior Manager of Customer Marketing and Sales Enablement, Marketing Communications Manager, and Sales Strategy Manager, among others. Matt Sitler holds a BA in Communications from the State University of New York at Oswego and completed the Executive Leadership certificate program in Organizational Leadership at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and eCornell.
