Akshay Ghormare

Akshay Ghormare is a Product Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank since June 2022, previously serving as a Management Trainee. Akshay coordinated external activities as the Business Events Committee Coordinator at the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) from October 2020 to May 2022. Internship experiences include Amul (GCMMF), where Akshay conducted market surveys and improved supply chain efficiency, and Gramin Vikas Trust, where a guiding document for transformational change was presented. Additional internships at Swades Foundation, Kashinath Farms, M. S. Mining and Consultancy Private Limited, Ashok Leyland, and Raymond Limited contributed to diverse expertise in business development, customer needs analysis, and marketing strategies. Akshay holds a PGDRM from IRMA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University.
