Mukesh Chainani

Mukesh Chainani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as Regional Debt Manager-Flows-Call Centre at IDFC FIRST Bank since August 2023, Mukesh also holds the title of AVP-Lead Campaign Management-Enterprise Conversational AI. Previously, Mukesh was with Standard Chartered Bank from April 2018 to August 2023, where roles included Associate Director and Dialer Manager. Prior to that, positions at HDFC Bank from July 2015 to April 2018 featured Manager and Deputy Manager, focusing on regional dialer management. Mukesh began their career at GE Capital in February 2007, contributing as an Assistant Manager and a member of the dialer team until July 2015.
