Nikhil Varma

Nikhil Varma currently serves as the Head of Bancassurance and Wealth Management at IDFC FIRST Bank, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Nikhil was the Executive Vice President at Aviva India from December 2016 to July 2021, specializing in bancassurance and group business.
