Nitish Sinha

Nitish Sinha has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Regional Head - Branch Banking at IDFC FIRST Bank since March 2016, previously holding roles such as State Business Head and State Head for Unsecured and Agricultural loans. Prior to this, Nitish Sinha worked at ICICI Bank for nearly eight years, where positions included Cluster Head and Branch Manager. Early in the career, Nitish Sinha gained foundational experience as an Engineer Trainee at Reliance Energy. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing and Human Resource from BIT Mesra and an MBA in Marketing from Birla Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology.
