Siksha Rai

Siksha Rai is a seasoned Technology Product Manager currently working at IDFC FIRST Bank since July 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating the revamping of account opening journeys and collaborating with cross-functional teams on product requirements and roadmaps. Previously, Siksha served as a Product Manager at ToneTag for a brief period in 2021, focusing on consumer behavior research and leading proof of concept initiatives. Prior experience at Wells Fargo from 2016 to 2020 encompassed roles as a Senior Analyst and Analyst, contributing to web and mobile app module development and enhancements of banking applications. Siksha started the professional journey as an intern at Wells Fargo in 2016. Siksha holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam and a B.Tech in Electronics and Engineering from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
