Lauren Siobhan Goring

Lauren Siobhan Goring is an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist currently employed at IDHL since March 2021, where responsibilities include performance management and intelligence in recruitment. Prior to this, Lauren served as a Marketing Recruitment Specialist at The Recruitment Crowd, leading recruitment for various marketing roles from September 2020 to March 2021. Previous experience includes a Consultant role at Network Marketing focused on PR and social recruitment, and multiple positions at FDM Group in graduate recruitment and university partnerships. Additional roles in payroll and HR administration were held at Hoar Cross Hall and Holland & Barrett. Lauren has a Bachelor’s Degree from an Open Degree program and was home educated between 2012 and 2016.
