Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at IDI Billing Solutions is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of client projects related to the company's cloud-based Billing and OSS solutions. Comprising experienced Project Managers and a Senior Project Manager, the team ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. They coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage client communications, and mitigate risks to seamlessly integrate IDI's services into the operations of Communications Service Providers.
