Lucy Houchin

Lucy Houchin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lucy is currently the General Manager at Norplex Advanced Composites. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Corporate Marketing at IDI Composites International from June 2019 onwards. Lucy also held the position of Managing Director of IDI Composites International - U.K. from July 2017 to January 2021. In addition, they worked as the Director of Workforce Strategy at Thomas P. Miller and Associates from December 2008 to June 2016. Before that, Lucy was an Americorps*VISTA at the Corporation for National and Community Service from July 2007 to July 2008. Throughout their career, Lucy has demonstrated expertise in areas such as general management, marketing, business development, and workforce strategy.

Lucy Houchin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Butler University in 2007. Lucy then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Purdue University from 2016 to 2018.
