Doron Shai

Doron Shai currently serves as the Head of Learning and Organizational Development at Direct Insurance (ביטוח ישיר) since May 2023. Prior to this role, Doron Shai worked at UPS from November 2016 to May 2023, holding the position of Recruitment and Learning Manager. With a background in learning and organizational development, Doron Shai has extensive experience in enhancing recruitment processes and fostering employee growth within organizations.
