Hen Gavigon

Hen Gavigon is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and auditing. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Direct Insurance since April 2019, Hen previously worked as a CPA at EY from July 2015 to March 2019 and as an Internal Auditor at Shtainmetz Aminoach & Co. from January 2014 to June 2015. Hen's career began in the Israeli Air Force as a Control Room Supervisor from October 2005 to September 2007. Hen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bar-Ilan University, completed in 2019, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, obtained in 2013.
