Menachem Hartman

Menachem Hartman is a seasoned IT professional specializing in IVR and program development, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Senior IVR Specialist and Program Developer at Direct Insurance since February 2014, Menachem has significantly enhanced the personalization of IVR systems to cater to individual caller needs by analyzing previous interactions and relevant business rules. Prior to this role, Menachem held positions at Taldor as a Contact Center and Program Developer and at Bezeq International as the Head of Program for Contact Center and IVR Development, where Menachem established the Contact Center and IVR Development Department and developed solutions based on client feedback.
