Juan Camilo Gonzalez is currently working as a Support Analyst at IDICO, where Juan Camilo is gaining practical experience in IT, agile methodologies, RPA development using UiPath, technical support, coordination with technology providers, ticket management, helpdesk, and continuous learning. Prior to this, Juan Camilo worked as a sales agent at ICCS - Contact Center, where Juan Camilo honed their interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as emotional intelligence and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
