Laura Garcia Roche

Laura Garcia Roche has extensive experience in research and development within the food industry, currently serving as the R&D Manager for Nocilla & Cookies at Idilia Foods since January 2015, where responsibilities include managing the R&D department and overseeing innovation projects. Prior to this role, Laura held various project management positions at Nutrexpa, focusing on product development and project management for Colacao and Nocilla, and started their career with roles in quality control and product support at companies including TRADES, Bimbo, and Bakery Donuts Iberia. Laura holds a Licenciatura in Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a degree in Ingeniero Técnico Agrícola from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
