John K. Ibare

John K. Ibare serves as a Senior Product Manager for Engineering and Monitoring Systems at IDinsight since May 2022, focusing on the design and development of monitoring systems products. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager and Data Product Manager at African Leadership Group, where leadership in developing internal products and assessing data needs was key. John K. Ibare has also worked as a program consultant in data science, led AI research at Intel Corporation, and developed IT solutions at Carnegie Mellon University Africa. John K. Ibare founded GDG Kigali, fostering a community of developers, and has engaged in various initiatives promoting digital literacy among women. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
