Chien Kai Lim

Chien Kai Lim currently serves as Chief of Staff at ST Engineering iDirect, focusing on strategic leadership and operational excellence to drive business transformation and enhance cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Chien held various roles at ST Engineering, including Director of Operations, where responsibilities included P&L management for Aerospace Components Repair & Overhaul, and General Manager, overseeing revenue and profit & loss. Additional positions included Components PBH Manager and Strategic Planning Manager at ST Engineering Land Systems, where Chien facilitated business development and strategic initiatives, as well as Programme Manager for the A320 Passenger-to-Freighter engineering development programme. Chien's career began as a Stress Engineer, specializing in static stress analysis and Global FEM modeling. Chien earned a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
