Frederique Gelper

Frederique Gelper has extensive experience in engineering and project management roles, with a focus on VSAT system development and software implementation projects. Currently, Frederique is the Senior Director of Engineering at ST Engineering iDirect, leading a global community of product owners. Previously, Frederique worked at companies such as Newtec and GO! onderwijs van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap, gaining experience in program/project management and software implementation. With a Master's degree in Electronics from HOGENT and ongoing education at Vlerick Business School, Frederique is well-equipped to drive efficient and effective engineering processes within organizations.
