Igor Santos

Igor Santos is an experienced Senior Customer Support Engineer at ST Engineering iDirect, where since April 2016, Igor has been providing technical assistance to global customers in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Dialog system for broadband Internet, TV, and VoIP over satellite. Prior to this role, Igor served as a Field Application Engineer at STMicroelectronics from March 2013 to March 2016, offering first-line technical support to customers including SoC integrators and software partners, and assisting marketing efforts for Set-top boxes utilizing STMicroelectronics SOCs. Igor's career began with an internship at Louis Dreyfus Commodities from March 2011 to January 2013. Igor holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, completed in 2014, and a Technical Diploma in Computer Science from Colégio São Judas Tadeu, obtained in 2008.
