George Kariuki

George Kariuki is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse background in law and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Program Associate at the International Development Law Organization since May 2022, George focuses on the planning and execution of program activities under the Criminal Justice Program, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Previous experience includes working as a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel at Sovereign Group Ltd, supporting over 200 subsidiaries, and serving as a pupil at Kenya Law, where responsibilities included publishing key judicial decisions. George also held roles as a Legal Assistant in the Judiciary, with significant experience in legal research and analysis. Earlier professional endeavors include content editing and reporting at Viral Content Africa, as well as various positions as a legal intern and judicial attaché.
