Josiane Yolande Nikiema

Josiane Yolande NIKIEMA is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Regional HR Specialist at IDLO - International Development Law Organization since July 2020, NIKIEMA previously held key positions including People and Culture Director at World Vision from January 2019 to March 2020, and HR and Administration Manager at Save the Children International from December 2017 to December 2018. NIKIEMA also contributed to World Vision as a People & Culture Manager from October 2012 to November 2017. Educationally, NIKIEMA holds a Bachelor’s Degree in African Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Ouagadougou and a Higher National Diploma in Marketing & Management from Institut Superieur Polytechnique Prive.
