Marta Dal Pra' is an experienced HR Systems and Data Management Specialist at IDLO - International Development Law Organization, having served since May 2015. Marta has played a key role in the HR ERP system implementation, focusing on employee data management, position management, and compliance with HR policies, while enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing legal risks.
